SHIPBOARD GRAVITY, MAGNETICS, AND TOPOGRAPHY

This form outputs a text file containing data collected by research vessels since the 1970s.
You may choose as many as the options as you wish. A valid area specification is required.

*note* This page uses the Wessel and Smith database, which is primarily used for topography and gravity data.

define area:
north
west east
south
Set output file to include:
time seconds date Julian day
position longitude latitude
gravity in mGal raw gravity free-air gravity anomaly
magnetics in nTelsa total magnetics magnetic anomaly filtered magnetics
topography two-way travel time (msec) corrected depth (m)
ship speed meters per second knots
miscellaneous distance (km) heading (degrees east from north) cruise ID

If you want data from a specific cruise or database, go to the Advanced Shipboard Data Form.
