I am attaching the first model output file. The header explains, but just in case, it is:

The model is put out every 0.05 degrees. However, this is a model of primarily Southern Cal - 32 - 37N., and is 
defined only by SCEC4.0, just released by Duncan. 

I will provide a second output file, which will be the wider plate boundary zone. I'll send a couple of plots in a minute of this 
solution.
