New SAF model containing refined digitized fault segments for several SAF faults.   

Digitized refinements were first made by D. Sandwell and X. Tong to match fault stepovers in several places.   Additional modifications
were made by C. Del Pardo (to match S. CA seismicity trends) and B. Smith-Konter (final edits to make sure all
fault ends matched).   

A few fault segment locations in the ECSZ were modified to better match the UCERF3 model locations.   This is a
work in progress, and future modifications are intended here to improve the model. Slip rates for ECSZ segments
were also slightly adjusted to better match the UCERF3 model rates.  

This model DOES NOT contain dip geometry.  (coming soon)

Note:  Both interseismic and total model (sum of earthquakes + interseismic) versions are here.   I think that
the model put here on 72911 only had the interseismic velocity component (woops, and very sorry - in trying to
backtrack this model, it looks like there was a small typo in the fault_params file that zero-d out the earthquakes
component of the model).   This is most evident in the vertical component, where the lobate patterns of the
earthquake cycle deformation show up.
