These plots are based on the new V10.1 bathymetry.
The earthquakes were removed.

The maps now show the tracklines of ship data used to constrain
the depth.  The gridded depth matches the ship depth along these
tracks.

The global grid of maps is 4x4 with the left edge as the Prime Meridian.
The maps are numbered 1-16 starting from upper left going to the right,
then down a row and across again,...

Files now include shallow, intermediate and deep earthquakes
as red, green and glue dots.  Relocated earthquakes are from
Engdahl et al., 1997, BSSA.

Now the files include illuminated land topography.

The files in this directory are Postscript maps for plotting
on a > 35" plotter such as an HP650 or HP755.  They
should be decompressed first with gzip.

The files topo1-16 are 16 pieces of a global
topography map plotted at GEBCO scale .438 in/deg.
They also show depth countours at 500 m intervals.
